The Forensic Office furnishes expert witness testimony and consultation on civil and criminal legal matters.The expert is a board certified pathologist(MD) with PhD in Molecular biology.He furnishes review of medical records and medical examiner ( coroner) case files to determine the cause of death. Other consultation involves medical malpractice issues involving the clinical laboratory and diagnostic pathology
Board Certified in Pathology (Anatomic ,Clinical ,and Forensic)
Previous experience as a Medical examiner ( Dallas and Miami ). Experience includes Autopsy,Scene Visitation, Depositions,and Courtroom testimony( State courts( Texas, Florida) and Federal court (US))
